Going forward, can I ask all players and parents to try and keep on top of registration fees and match fee payments, this includes mixed hockey, summer Friday sessions and all league and friendlies, training session and tournaments.

The Pitchero payment system has been very glitchy of late, although when I try to resolve, they tell me it is user error. Invalid payments methods being used or cards not being authenticated properly.

We have the alternative of using our club account for payments; St Francis Hockey club, 30-18-30, 02021577 (please use a suitable reference).

I spend far too much of my time trying to chase unpaid or late payments. Can you please help me out on this.
