I am hoping you are all now fully settled into the 2023-24 season at St Francis. We have almost reached the half way mark! Whilst we have had to temporarily lose the 3s team we are welcomed by a number of new players which is always encouraging. The Leps seem to be coming on leaps and bounds and a few more have filtered into the 1s and 2s. Sincere thanks to Colin too who is providing us with some great coaching to adults and the Leps.

The mortgage market has certainly seen a shake up in the last 12 months first with rising interest rates and now falling interest rates which we hope are a sign of a better outlook for 2024. So how can I help?

Many insurers can include fracture cover which is not impossible in our game!
